Buy Mounjaro online. Mounjaro is an injectable weight loss medication that contains the active ingredient tirzepatide. Tirzepatide works by activating two receptors (GLP-1 and GIP) to increase the level of hormones in the body, helping you to feel fuller for longer after a meal.

Mounjaro should be taken just once a week alongside a healthy diet and exercise. It has been proven to help people lose around 22.5%* of their initial body weight by week 72 of treatment, at a maximum dose of 15 mg.

To be eligible for Mounjaro for weight loss, you must have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m2 or more (obese), or of at least 27 kg/m2 (overweight) and have a risk factor or a health condition that is affected by weight.

What is Mounjaro?

Mounjaro is a prescription-only weight loss injection that contains the active ingredient, tirzepatide. It works by activating glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptors to regulate your appetite, helping you feel fuller for longer, and making you feel less hungry, making it easier to lose weight.

Mounjaro is injected once a week under the skin of the thigh, abdomen, or upper arm. When you start Mounjaro, your doctor will prescribe a low starting dose which will be gradually increased every 4 weeks until you reach the maintenance dose that’s most suitable for you.

How does Mounjaro work?

Mounjaro contains the active ingredient, tirzepatide, which works to activate the receptors of 2 hormones released by your gut after eating which are called GLP-1 and GIP.

Mounjaro mimics the effects of GLP-1 and GIP by acting on the areas of the brain that control hunger, promoting weight loss by:

  • reducing food intake
  • making you feel fuller for longer
  • delaying the time it takes food to pass through your stomach

Mounjaro can also help people with type 2 diabetes control and manage high blood sugar levels by stimulating the release of insulin from your pancreas.

Mounjaro’s ability to regulate your appetite and blood glucose levels make it an effective weight loss medication because it can:

  • make it easier for you to reduce your calorie intake
  • reduce food cravings
  • limit blood sugar spikes

How long does Mounjaro take to work?

Mounjaro starts to work within a few hours of your first injection, however, it can take a few weeks for you to start fully noticing its effects. Your Mounjaro dosage will be increased slowly over a number of weeks to reduce the risk of side effects.

If you haven’t lost at least 5% of your starting body weight after 6 months, your doctor will probably advise you to stop using Mounjaro as it is unlikely to be an effective weight loss medication for you.

How effective is Mounjaro?

Clinical trials have shown that Mounjaro helps people lose up to 22.5%* of their initial body weight in 72 weeks when they use the highest maintenance dose of 15mg per week.

Mounjaro works best for weight loss when it is taken alongside healthy lifestyle changes such as a healthy, balanced diet and regular exercise. Buy Mounjaro online.

How do I use a Mounjaro pen?

Each Mounjaro KwikPen is a disposable, multi-dose, pre-filled injection pen. It contains 4 fixed doses, one dose for each week, and injects 0.6ml of medication per dose into your skin.

Once you have injected all 4 doses over 4 weeks, you’ll dispose of the pen safely. You can inject Mounjaro yourself or you can get someone who has been trained to use it to help you.

How to use Mounjaro

Preparing to inject Mounjaro:

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water.
  2. Remove the pen cap and inspect the pen and label making sure the medication has the correct name and dose, has not exceeded the expiry (EXP) date, is not damaged, and the solution is clear to slightly yellow in appearance.
  3. Wipe the red inner seal with a swab.
  4. Select a new pen needle – always use a new needle – and pull off the paper tab from the outer needle shield.
  5. Push the capped pen needle onto the pen and twist the needle until it is tight.
  6. Pull off the outer needle shield and place it to one side, you’ll need this later, then pull off the inner needle shield and throw it away.
  7. Slowly turn the dose knob until you hear 2 clicks and the extended line is shown in the dose window.
  8. Hold your pen with the needle pointing up and tap the cartridge holder gently to collect any air bubbles at the top.
  9. Release a small amount of the medication into the air by pushing the dose knob until it stops, then slowly count to 5 while holding the dose knob. The -0 icon must be shown in the dose window./ Do not inject this into your body.

Now you have primed your pen, you’re ready to inject Mounjaro. If after you have primed your pen, you do not see any medicine, you should repeat steps 7 to 9 no more than 2 more times.

If you still don’t see any medicine, change the pen needle and repeat steps 7 to 9 one more time.

If you still don’t see any medicine, you should contact your local pharmacy or doctor for advice.

Injecting Mounjaro:

  1. Choose your injection site. Mounjaro can be injected into your thigh, abdomen, or upper arm. See the ‘Where to inject Mounjaro’ section below.
  2. Turn the dose knob until it stops and the -1 icon is visible in the dose window.
  3. Insert the needle into your skin. Inject the medication by pushing the dose knob in until it stops, then slowly count to 5 while holding the dose knob. Make sure the -0 icon is visible in the dose window before removing the needle from your skin.
  4. Remove the needle from your skin. Confirm the -0 icon is in the dose window. If it is not, you have not received the full dose. You will need to insert the needle back into your skin and finish the injection but do not redial the dose.

After you have injected Mounjaro:

  1. If there is blood at the injection site, lightly press the site with gauze or a cotton wool ball, but do not rub it.
  2. Carefully replace the outer needle shield.
  3. Unscrew the capped needle and dispose of it in your sharps container.
  4. Replace the pen cap.
